Baton twirling is a sport involving the manipulation of the baton and the human body to a coordinated routine and is similar to rhythmic gymnastics or color guard. Twirling combines dance, agility, coordination, flexibility, acrobatics while manipulating a single baton or multiple batons.

Revolutions Baton Twirling Academy strives to work with the goals of the athletes to achieve local to international success in a fun & hard working environment. Athletes 4 years old and up will learn baton twirling skills and dance while building positive self-esteem & creating life- long friendships. All athletes are encouraged to participate and grow at their own pace, expressing their own confidence in & outside the gym.

In 1994, Reunited Baton Club, a not-for-profit club, was formed introducing a small group of girls & boys to the world of Competitive baton twirling. Zoe Sereduik, the club head coach and a school teacher believed in teaching through positive reinforcement, personal encouragement and team work. Over 25 years later we still stand by these same values.

In 2012 Reunited was transformed into Revolutions Baton Twirling Academy under new head coach Kim McCann. Kim and her fellow coaches’ work with each of the athletes in a no-pressure atmosphere to achieve success on all levels; everything from recreational fun to international success
